Numbers in the horizontal line - represents the fret number of the guitar

Number beside the notes - represents the left hand fingering (what finger to use).
t for thumb, 1 for index, 2 for middle, 3 for ring, 4 for pinky
3 vertical notes with index fingering (1) = barre chord
